Job summary

J.Lee is seeking candidates for Cell Tower Technician roles based in Marlborough, MA, with travel to New England. Ideal applicants can climb monopoles and towers, perform installation and maintenance of wireless antenna systems, and work at heights up to 200 feet.

Prior tower construction is a plus, but training is offered. Valid driver’s license and OSHA10 are required; RF safety certifications are expected within the first week.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl.
• Must be comfortable working at heights up to 200 feet.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect and maintain wireless radio and antenna systems on towers, rooftops, and elevated structures with the Crew Foreman and Lead Technician.
• Support radio system cabling, grounding, interconnects and conduits as needed.
• Complete assigned work on time, efficiently and profitably.
• Adhere to safety, quality control and company requirements at all times.
• Identify required materials, tools, and equipment for jobs and maintain equipment/vehicles.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.
