Qualifications

• 3–5 years of tower climbing and wireless industry experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or foreman role.
• Strong understanding of tower safety procedures and fall protection systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily tower crew operations.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of antennas and other equipment.
• Conduct pre-job planning and safety briefings.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
