Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Tower Lead.
• Ability to work 8 to 14-hour shifts with physical demands.
• Must be certified in safety protocols and fall protection.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain antenna systems per specifications.
• Communicate with the Foreman regarding progress and tasks.
• Provide training to Laborers and crew members.

Skills

Ability to lift and move up to 80lbs

Climb towers or ladder systems up to 300'

Troubleshooting skills

Proficiency in installation practices
