Job summary

Tower Communications Expert in Phoenix, AZ, seeks experienced Tower Technicians and Crew Leads to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and modernize wireless telecom equipment. Roles vary by level, emphasizing safety, quality, and productivity on Verizon and/or T-Mobile projects.

Qualifications

• RF Awareness, CPR/First Aid, OSHA 10 certification.
• Full climbing gear, PPE, and necessary tools as per level.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel for extended periods (minimum 6 weeks).
• Ability to climb towers, poles, rooftops up to 500 ft; capable of lifting 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support wireless site builds and equipment installations under supervision.
• Install antennas, radios, jumpers, RETs, grounding, and fiber components.
• Assist with site integration, water-tightness tasks, and closeout documentation.
• Lead field operations and mentor junior technicians when assigned by Crew Lead.
• Ensure safety standards and customer specifications are met.
