Job summary

Vertex Tower Solutions in Belgrade, MT is seeking Tower Technicians to service cellular sites across the Northwestern United States. You will climb towers up to 300 feet and participate in site builds, rooftop installations, network upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.

No prior tower climbing experience is required; your first 90 days are hands-on training with climbing and rescue techniques, CPR, RF safety, industrial rigging, and construction safety. Travel, lodging, and fuel are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel Monday-Friday (travel provided).
• Must be able to climb up to 1,000 vertical feet per day.
• Valid REAL ID Driver's License.
• Able to pass random drug tests.
• Availability for occasional weekend and rotational assignments.
• Previous construction experience is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Service cellular sites across the Northwestern United States.
• Climb towers up to 300 feet and assist with site builds and maintenance.
• Perform rooftop installations, network upgrades, and tower maintenance.
