Job summary

Glanbia Dairy Nutrition is seeking a Production Team Leader to assure product quality and compliance with customer specifications. The role involves leading CIP operations, inventory of cheese bags, and safe handling of cleaning agents in a fast-paced dairy plant.

Responsibilities include operating towers, maintaining GMP in ready-to-eat areas, and adhering to safety standards. Must be able to work weekends/overtime as required and stand/walk throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Must be dependable and trustworthy.
• Must be accurate in taking samples and performing tests.
• Ability to stand and walk the entire shift.

Responsibilities

• Sanitize towers every two hours.
• Run towers in manual and auto mode.
• Perform accurate inventory of cheese bags.
• Break down of Tower during CIP.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals per SDS and safety policies.
• Understand chemicals and their uses.
• Clean block conveyor lines.
• Maintain GMP in ready to eat area.
• Comply with OSHA and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
