Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking a Tower Crane Operator for our commercial construction projects in Charlotte, NC. The role involves operating tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, following signals, and performing hoisting operations as required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of commercial construction tower crane operator experience.
Must have current and valid NCCCO certification.
Familiar with construction tools and processes on site.
Knowledge of crane regulations and safety requirements.
Ability to read load charts.
Fluent English speaking and writing.
Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Operate tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products on a commercial construction project.
Interpret and follow all signals.
Complete daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports.
Operate Tower Crane to perform hoisting operations as required by job.
Must know instrument and control panels.
Position requires working in all types of weather.
Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
