Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie is currently accepting applications for a Tower Crane Operator on a commercial construction project in Miami, Florida. You will operate tower and cable equipment, interpret signals, and perform hoisting operations while following safety protocols.

Candidates should have 5 years of experience in commercial construction crane operation, possess a current NCCCO certification, read load charts, speak and write English fluently, and be familiar with site tools and safety

Qualifications

5 years commercial construction tower crane operator experience preferred.
Must have current and valid NCCCO certification.
Knowledge of regulations and safety requirements and policies applicable to crane operators.
Ability to read load charts.
Must fluently speak and write English.
Familiar with tools and processes associated with construction site.

Responsibilities

Operate tower and cable equipment to lift and move materials, machines, or products in many directions on a commercial construction project.
Interpret and follow all signals.
Position requires completing daily and weekly inspection and maintenance reports.
Operates Tower Crane to perform hoisting operations as required by job.
Must know instrument and control panels.
Position requires working in all types of weather.
Must adhere to safety protocol, and work in a drug-free environment.
