We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Tower Crane Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of cranes and heavy equipment to facilitate construction and industrial projects. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical operations, safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site.

Duties
• Perform pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Execute precise lifting and moving of materials as per project specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other operators to coordinate tasks effectively.
• Maintain accurate logs of operations, including hours worked and materials handled.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while operating equipment on-site.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues as they arise, utilizing mechanical knowledge for effective problem-solving.
• Assist in backhoe operations as needed to support project requirements.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in crane operation.
