Job summary

SBA Communications Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to oversee multiple tower-related projects through inception to closeout. You will assemble teams, allocate resources, and manage budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget completion while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 3-5 years of PM experience in construction or site development, with PMP certification preferred. A strong collaborator mindset and capacity for cross-functional work are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in construction or site development.
• Experience managing subcontractors to schedule, budget and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects from inception to completion and handoff.
• Maintain site status reports, contracts, electrical/grounding, site plans and drawings.
• Ensure SBA safety regulations and policies for construction/maintenance.
• Oversee project budgets, POs and job close-out to control costs.
• Build strong relationships with customers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
