Job summary

Invertice, a telecommunications construction contractor, is hiring Wireless Tower Technicians / Tower Climbers (Levels I-III) in Houston, TX. This hands-on role involves working at height to build, maintain, and upgrade wireless infrastructure.

You will climb towers 100 to 500+ feet, install and troubleshoot antennas, coax, fiber, and radio equipment, perform maintenance and inspections, and follow strict safety protocols. Training is provided for motivated candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in tower climbing, telecommunications, construction, electrical, or mechanical work preferred.
• Ability to work at significant heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different sites.

Responsibilities

• Safely climb towers ranging from 100 to over 500 feet.
• Install, test, troubleshoot antennas, coax, fiber, and radio equipment.
• Perform routine tower maintenance and inspections.
• Use hand and power tools while harnessed at height.
• Follow safety procedures and project requirements.
• Adhere to OSHA and fall protection guidelines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and report deficiencies.
• Travel to project sites and work outdoors in varying weather.
