Job summary

International Towers, Inc (ITL) is hiring Civil Laborer I, II, and III to support skilled civil craft labor on commercial or engineering construction projects, including tower assembly and maintenance. Duties encompass digging, trenching, installing conduit, assembling components and handling tools, all while complying with safety standards.

Open availability is required, including weekends and overnights; travel for extended periods may be necessary with occasional per diem.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year general labor or construction experience.
• Ability to read and follow project specifications and blueprints.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for projects.

Responsibilities

• Support skilled labor on civil construction projects, including carpentry, digging, trenching and material placement.
• Load/unload materials, perform setup tasks, and assist with tower-related work.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools; follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Maintain organized worksite, complete daily reports, and assist construction manager as needed.
• Work outdoors in various weather, travel as required, and adhere to safety standards.
