You will tow, recover, and transport vehicles, while maintaining documentation and communicating with dispatch. Weekend and holiday availability is needed. Compensation ranges from $18.00-$20.00 per hour with performance incentives, and potential annual earnings from $37,440 to $100,000+.

Qualifications

• Must pass a California BSIS background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
• Basic automotive knowledge is a plus

Responsabilités

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes)
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries
