Paramount Lender Solutions, LLC Glendale, Arizona is seeking Recovery Agents / Tow Truck Drivers to join our growing team. We provide paid training and on-the-job support; vehicle towing experience is a plus, and we consider equivalent experience with commercial vehicles or heavy equipment.

Responsibilities include operating tow trucks, loading and securing vehicles, maintaining records, and coordinating with dispatch for assignments.

Qualifications

• Must pass a California BSIS background check to obtain a repossession license
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles
• Strong driving skills and ability to maneuver in tight spaces
• Physically able to lift heavy objects and perform demanding tasks
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Operate a tow truck to recover and transport vehicles
• Load, secure, and unload vehicles using proper equipment
• Perform basic automotive tasks (e.g., jump-starts, tire changes)
• Maintain accurate records of each recovery
• Communicate with dispatch and team members to coordinate assignments
• Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
• Provide professional and respectful service during recoveries
