Job summary

All City Towing MKE is seeking Tow Truck Operators to join a high-performing team. You will handle a mix of towing tasks, including general towing, flatbed transport, relocations, and accident recovery, while meeting on-scene time targets.

Second and third shifts available with specific schedules; CDL is a plus, and a valid driver’s license is required. Expect competitive hourly pay with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond to dispatch calls for accident recovery, relocation, and more.
• Ensure proper hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional, courteous communications in stressful situations.
• Maintain truck and equipment to a high standard.
• Complete towing paperwork and receipts as required.

Job description

Job Summary
We are adding Tow Truck Operators that have what it takes to be on the All City Towing Team and who takes pride in the contributions they bring to a high performing team.

We are the towing partner to police and Sheriff with a quick on-scene time response commitment, so our operators are kept busy. You’ll run a mix of general towing, flatbed transport, relocations, accident recovery, relocations, and more.

Second Shift – Tuesday – Saturday 12PM – 9PM OR Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday – 12PM – 10PM

Third Shift: Mon – Fri 2AM – 11AM

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed tow truck to load and transport vehicles.
• Respond promptly to dispatch calls for a wide range of assistance that can include: accident recovery, stolen vehicles, parking violations, vehicle relocation and more.
• Ensure proper vehicle hookups and secure loads for safe transport.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and law enforcement as needed.
• Provide professional and courteous communications to customers in stressful situations.
• Maintain your truck and equipment to a high standard
• May remove, bend, or cut parts of damaged vehicles preparatory to towing.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and complete routine inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
• Adhere to all company safety policies.
• Complete required paperwork, including towing reports and customer receipts.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of Towing experience
• CDL a plus
• Good Driving record
• Good attendance record
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, bend & maneuver in tight places.
• Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
