Responsibilities
  1. Operate tow trucks and front-end loaders to tow and move vehicles on the auction lot and other locations.
  2. Secure vehicles properly to prevent damage and ensure safety during towing.
  3. Transport vehicles to designated areas safely and courteously.
  4. Scan towed vehicles using TC75 devices and assist with vehicle issues such as jump-starting or unlocking.
  5. Perform routine maintenance on trucks and loaders.
  6. Assist with lot operations and sale day activities as needed.
  7. Follow all safety procedures and participate in safety activities.
  8. Generate reports for vehicle movement into auction areas.
  9. Other duties as assigned, including possible overtime.
Qualifications

Minimum:

  • High School Diploma/GED plus 5 years of related experience, or
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience, or
  • 7 years of related experience.
  • Valid driver’s license required; safe driving record essential.

Preferred:

  • Class C CDL (preferred but not required)
  • Rollback tow truck experience
  • 1-3 years of towing or loader experience
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, reach, and lift 1-30 pounds
  • Good vision (including color and depth perception)
