Job Summary:

We are seeking a Tow Truck Driver to join our team! As a Tow Truck Driver, you will respond to calls from stranded motorists in the area, providing emergency roadside assistance, accident recovery, and recovering abandoned vehicles. You will maintain excellent documentation of each call, provide basic invoicing to clients, and accept payments in the field as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with roadside assistance or basic vehicle repair, has driven a tow truck before, and possesses excellent communication skills. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to roadside emergencies within a designated area.
  2. Professionally assist clients by performing minor repairs or recovering vehicles and transporting them to a designated location.
  3. Maintain the tow truck and all equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
  4. Maintain excellent records of calls responded to.
  5. Write and present invoices to clients in the field and accept payments as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Must hold the proper license to operate a tow truck in the state.
  2. Must have a clean driving record and exhibit safe driving skills.
  3. Experience with basic roadside assistance, such as changing a tire.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong problem-solving skills.
