Concierge Towing is a reputable towing service provider committed to delivering reliable and efficient roadside assistance to our community. We take pride in our dedicated team of professionals who play a crucial role in providing timely and safe towing solutions. We are currently seeking a skilled Tow Truck Driver to join our team.

As a Tow Truck Driver at Concierge Towing, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently towing and transporting vehicles in various situations. The ideal candidate is a skilled driver with a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate tow trucks and other specialized equipment to safely tow vehicles.
  • Respond to service calls for roadside assistance, accidents, and vehicle breakdowns.

Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
  • Secure and transport vehicles in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting stranded motorists and addressing their concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain towing procedures and charges.

Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance:
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on tow trucks and equipment.
  • Report any mechanical issues promptly and ensure the proper maintenance of vehicles.

Documentation:
  • Complete accurate and detailed paperwork for each tow, including invoices and receipts.
  • Maintain records of all tows and services provided.

Emergency Response:
  • Assist law enforcement and emergency services in clearing accident scenes.
  • Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:
  • Two years' experience as a tow truck driver.
  • Experience with both a wheel lift and flatbed tow truck types- preferred.
  • Valid Driver's License required.
  • Clean driving record and a proven ability to operate tow trucks safely.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong knowledge of local roadways and traffic regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
