Position Overview

We are hiring a dependable and customer‑focused Tow Truck Driver to assist motorists, local municipalities, and AAA members in need. We’re looking for dependable, hard‑working drivers who want steady hours, strong pay, and a drama‑free work environment. No prior towing experience? No problem—we provide paid training for the right candidate with the right attitude.

What You’ll Do

• Respond quickly to towing, accident, and roadside service calls
• Assist motorists with battery installations, lockouts, fuel deliveries, and tire changes
• Tow and transport vehicles safely to designated locations
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintain equipment/tools
• Communicate with dispatch, teammates, and customers throughout each call
• Complete service tickets and maintain accurate records
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Deliver professional, high‑quality service

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record required) (No more than 2 minor violations in the past 3 years)
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Must obtain DOT Medical Card (company reimbursed)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and manage towing tasks.
• Basic mechanical skills are a plus.
