• Responsible for safe and efficient operation and performance of crew, vessel, and tow.
• Ensure policy, rules, and regulations are followed.
• Report violations of policy or laws to the office.
• Conduct monthly drills and safety meetings.
• Maintain vessel budget and maximize cost efficiency.
• Provide instructions to crew and land-based personnel.
