Who says you can’t play games at work? Parkwest Casino is bringing a fresh face to the casino industry. To help create this new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is looking to hire Tournament Dealers.

The Tournament Dealer conducts tournament games in the Poker Section, dealing Hold Em, 7 Card Stud, Mexican poker, and Omaha.

Responsibilities

1. Scrambles, shuffles, and pitches cards according to the procedures in the Poker Dealer Handbook.
2. Supervises betting action and enforces casino rules.
3. Assists players with reading hands and paying out winnings; manages player disputes.
4. Provides game instructions to new players.
5. Follows directions from the Tournament Director or Floor personnel.
6. Must be available to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
7. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
8. We provide an environment for you to excel and enhance your knowledge of table games.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing tournaments and poker games preferred; graduation from a qualified dealer school is acceptable in lieu of experience.
• Open availability to work any shift, weekends, and holidays.
• MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD.
• Must obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge, or license.
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background check, and credit check.
