California Governor's Office of Business and Economic Development (GO-Biz) seeks a Staff Services Manager to plan, organize and lead the California Tourism Assessment Program and the California Welcome Center Program, advancing the state’s tourism marketing, business engagement and service delivery.

Based in Sacramento, the position is permanent and full-time with a hybrid schedule, requiring in-person reporting at headquarters up to four days a week; salary range is $7,172.00 to $8,910.00

Qualifications

• Experience using and managing a CRM system.
• Experience leading a customer success team.
• Knowledge of accounting, financial software, and budget management related to AR, cash handling, and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead the California Tourism Assessment Program and the California Welcome Center Program.
• Coordinate and monitor the 22 Welcome Centers across California.
• Provide leadership and program management in a hybrid work environment for the Division of Tourism.
