We are a full-service catering company dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for our clients in the live event industry. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a leader to help continue delivering exceptional experiences at regional arenas, including locations like Rock Lititz Campus, The Giant Center at Hershey, Hershey Stadium, Wells Fargo Center (Philadelphia, PA), Bryce Jordan Center (State College, PA), and PPG Arena (Pittsburgh, PA).

Responsibilities:

• Load in and load out of show locations
• Assist in research and development of new menu items
• Oversee daily and weekly prep
• Train and develop staff
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Prepare menu items in collaboration with kitchen staff
• Follow and maintain food safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with other managers and departments
• Assist in the preparation of on-site and off-site events
