Job summary
Cirque du Soleil Entertainment Group is seeking an Assistant Audio/Video Technician for touring productions with VStar Entertainment Group’s team. You will assist with setting up and maintaining LED video walls, troubleshoot audio/video elements, and support the audio department during performances, rehearsals, and load-ins.
The role requires fluency in English, willingness to travel, knowledge of safety protocols, and the ability to work irregular hours.
Qualifications
- Related experience in audio/video for live performances.
- Applying and adjusting theatrical microphones and mic packs.
- Ability to use test equipment and meters (volt/ohm, ampere).
- Experience with LED video wall setup.
- Knowledge of rigging, hoists and motors.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain LED video wall elements for the tour.
- Troubleshoot audio, RF, video, and communications equipment as needed.
- Run cue sheets and show documentation for performances and events.
- Assist with load-in/load-out and backstage operations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure safe, continuous tour operation.
