Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Lighting Tech with 3+ years in tour or stage production to load-in equipment, set up and break down gear, and adjust lighting to meet artist specifications.

Responsibilities include operating lighting control boards, maintaining gear, and supporting audio/visual needs during events. The role requires strong multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills in a fast-paced live environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years minimum tour or stage production experience.
• Experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft applications.
• Superior interpersonal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Load-in of band equipment and rental equipment.
• Set up/break-down of band and event equipment.
• Lighting focus and adjustments per artist/event specs.
• Operate spotlight and control boards; program lighting.
• Maintain and repair lighting equipment.
• Assist production throughout the house as needed.
• Coordinate with visiting production crews for successful shows.
• Create and distribute lighting plot plans.
• Oversee lighting systems for the event.
