Job summary

Club Champion - Columbus is seeking a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to provide a tour-level club fitting experience for customers in our Columbus studio. You will leverage in-depth fitting knowledge and strong interpersonal skills to sell relationally and grow relationships with clients.

Primary responsibilities include conducting innovative fittings, interpreting data, maintaining studio standards, and utilizing TrackMan, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office to support the

• Passion for Golf and/or Golf Equipment is required.
• Experience with building customer relationships and selling relationally.

Responsibilities

• Conducts tour-level fitting experiences with customers.
• Reads and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations and grows fittings for studio and clients.
• Maintains brand standards and studio cleanliness.
• Operates TrackMan, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and MS Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tight tolerances.
• Uses relational selling to grow business metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
