Club Champion - Lake St. Louis is seeking a Golf Sales Specialist/Master Fitter to deliver a tour-level club fitting experience one-on-one with customers.

You will read data from Trackman, Sam Putt Lab, and other tools, explain findings, and tailor club builds to tight tolerances to enhance client performance. This role emphasizes relational selling to grow business while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• Passion for Golf or Golf Equipment is required.

Responsabilités

• Conducts tour-level fitting experiences.
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process.
• Oversees customer relations by growing and maintaining the fittings for their studio and personal clients.
• Operates technology including Trackman, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and Microsoft Office.
• Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry.
• Utilizes relational selling methods to grow business metrics.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
