Job summary

Club Champion in Shenandoah, TX seeks Master Fitters & Builder to deliver tour-level club fitting experiences. You will use TrackMan, Sam Putt Lab, and Salesforce to tailor fittings and cultivate relationships with clients, while guiding store operations as needed by management.

Ideal candidates have college degree preference, club fitting and launch-monitor experience, and at least 1 year in sales. Knowledge of golf products and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• 1+ years in sales experience required
• Experience selling custom golf clubs preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts tour-level fitting experiences
• Reads, interprets, and explains data points in the club fitting process
• Oversees customer relations by growing fittings for studio and clients
• Operate technology including TrackMan, Salesforce, Sam Putt Lab, and MS Office
• Builds golf clubs to tightest tolerances in the industry
• Utilize relational selling methods to grow business metrics
