This role involves working in various capacities within OFD Guest Services, including Tour Guide, Guest Services Coordinator, and Tour Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include delivering tours and tastings, managing the tasting room setup, and handling front desk operations such as answering phones, greeting guests, printing tickets, and updating reservations. The role also includes assisting with drink ticket sales at George’s Bar.
