Position Overview

This role involves working in various capacities within OFD Guest Services, including Tour Guide, Guest Services Coordinator, and Tour Operations Assistant. Responsibilities include delivering tours and tastings, managing the tasting room setup, and handling front desk operations such as answering phones, greeting guests, printing tickets, and updating reservations. The role also includes assisting with drink ticket sales at George’s Bar.

Responsibilities

• Tour Guide: Conduct 3-5 hourly walking tours daily, managing groups of up to 30 guests, including public and private tours, and answering questions about the distillery process and history.
• Guest Services: Greet guests, process tickets and payments, verify IDs, and manage guest inquiries and concerns.
• Tour Operations Assistant: Prepare tasting rooms according to guidelines, monitor and manage tasting room supplies and timing, and assist with reservation management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• At least one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or the spirits/wine industry
• Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
