Position Overview

This role involves working in various capacities within OFD Guest Services, including Tour Guide, Guest Services Coordinator, and Tour Operations Assistant. The position requires delivering engaging tours and tastings, managing front desk operations, and assisting with drink ticket sales at George’s Bar.

Responsibilities

1. Tour Guide:
   • Conduct 3-5 hour-long walking tours daily, including a 45-minute tour and 15-minute tasting.
   • Manage groups of up to 30 guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
   • Answer questions about Brown-Forman and Old Forester history and processes.
   • Handle guest check-in, ticket processing, and payments.
   • Verify guest IDs and manage guest flow.
   • Assist with platform tastings and guest inquiries.
2. Tour Operations Assistant:
   • Prepare and maintain tasting room setups following guidelines.
   • Monitor and manage tasting room supplies and scheduling.
   • Greet guests and manage tasting room logistics.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in hospitality, retail, or spirits/wine industry.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
