Raprager Family Farms is a family owned and operated farm located in Odessa Florida. We supplement our farm revenue by having the biggest and best festivals in the area. We are currently hiring for our Winter Festival & Christmas Extravaganza. You may qualify to get paid to help us decorate in between those festivals if you so desire. Consistent work is available for those who want to get paid and be part of the holiday joy and festivities.

High School overachievers and retirees looking to make a few extra bucks doing something fun and festive. Whoever you are, please be ready to commit to 5 weekends and one week during Christmas break. The days are November: 26, 27, 28 and December: 3, 4, 5, 10, 11, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 27, 28, 29.

Job Description

This easy and fun position spends the day giving rides to guests on our hayride. Push one of 8 buttons at a designated point on the ride and the PA system plays a pre-recorded message. All you have to do is safely drive and help guests load and unload. Enjoy your time outdoors driving a tractor in the country. Experience towing a trailer is helpful but not required. It’s quick and easy to learn.
