Responsibilities

As a Tour Guide, your responsibilities include:

  1. Applying company presentation products and concepts during campus tours.
  2. Presenting vacation ownership products accurately based on approved fact sheets.
  3. Maintaining effective communication with clients and following up to ensure customer satisfaction via email, phone, or written correspondence.
  4. Participating in department meetings for updates on HGV products.
  5. Promoting a positive work environment and adhering to company values and policies.
  6. Performing other duties as assigned by management based on business needs.
Qualifications

Minimum qualifications include:

  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet performance metrics
  • Ability to resolve complex customer service issues and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a California Real Estate license within 6 months of employment
  • Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, especially closing high-end sales
  • Bachelor’s Degree
