Beyond New Horizons, LLC (BNH) has an exciting opportunity for a Tour Coordinator to support the Air Force Public Affairs office at Arnold AFB as part of the TOS efforts. The role oversees the Arnold AFB Tour Program, develops agendas, and serves as guide on tours.

Required are a degree or equivalent experience, strong presentation and communication skills, and eligibility for a security clearance. US citizenship is required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Communications, Public Relations, Event Management, Education, Marketing, or a related field; or high school diploma with 6+ years experience.
• Experience delivering presentations, guided tours, instructional lessons, or marketing pitches to groups of ten or more.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active security clearance and access to AEDC network.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to obtain/maintain federal security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Arnold AFB Tour Program.
• Market Arnold AFB to solicit tour participation.
• Coordinate tour requirements and paperwork with requestors and base personnel.
• Develop tour agendas based on tour types to meet requests.
• Serve as tour guide and interact with participants.
• Coordinate with the STEM coordinator for STEM tours.
