Job summary

Mathys+Potestio is seeking a TouchDesigner Artist / Experience Developer in Portland for a full-time, hybrid role. You will craft generative and interactive systems, collaborating with designers, engineers, and clients to deploy immersive experiences in physical spaces.

The ideal candidate has a portfolio of real-time visuals and a strong background in visual arts or interactive tech, with proficiency in Python and on-site installation support.

Qualifications

• Portfolio showing real-time visuals and interactive installations.
• Background in visual arts, new media, creative technology, or interactive experience development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work on-site and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop generative and interactive systems in TouchDesigner for client projects and internal work.
• Prototype, optimize, and deploy responsive experiences across projection, motion, sensing, and display environments.
• Provide installation support and solve technical issues on site to ensure reliable performance.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, strategists, and clients to push capabilities forward.
