You will drive the full lifecycle from concept to validation, lead cross-functional teams (electrical, mechanical, software) and collaborate with world-class suppliers and engineering managers to ship sensing subsystems.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM field (e.g., EE, ME, Physics) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience shipping semiconductors, sensing technologies, or hardware systems.
• Curiosity about AI tools and applying them to improve engineering workflows.
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally (typically once per year).

Responsibilities

• Lead alignment and communications between electrical, mechanical, process, reliability, software, and firmware teams.
• Define program plan, schedule, manage execution and inter-dependencies, communicate challenges.
• Deliver executive communications and drive decision making.
• Drive design by leading failure analysis, performance validation, and design release cadence.
• Manage engineering builds with process teams, operations partners, and suppliers to create subsystems.
• Identify and resolve technical and interpersonal conflicts.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices to improve design methodology.
