Job summary

Faith Church St Louiscom Inc is seeking a part-time Tots Coordinator to foster a welcoming, safe environment for infants and toddlers during weekly church activities. You will prepare monthly curriculum, coordinate supplies, and ensure safety policies are followed to support families in faith formation.

You will recruit, train, and schedule volunteers for services and events, host quarterly team-building activities, and collaborate with the Global Tots team to grow a loving, gospel-centered

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with children, families, volunteers, or in a ministry setting.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Able to work independently while also serving as a supportive member of the Tots team.
• Able to work required Sunday services and alternating Tuesday and Saturday evening services.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly curriculum and supplies for babies and toddlers.
• Purchase supplies as needed for curriculum and classrooms.
• Recruit, manage, train and schedule a team of volunteers for weekly services and special events ensuring that policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Host team building activities for volunteers once per quarter.
