McLean Bible Church is seeking a part-time Toddler Coordinator to oversee the successful operation of the Toddler ministry. This role includes managing toddler programming, creating a safe environment, and engaging with families to foster spiritual growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Children's Ministries, strong organizational and communication skills, and a passion for working with children. Position requires flexibility with hours and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience within Children’s Ministries or Family Ministries preferred.
• Reliable team player, teachable, and professional in conduct.
• Ability to follow directions and communicate issues constructively.

Responsibilities

• Oversee virtual or in-person toddler programming.
• Recruit, train, and develop toddler volunteers.
• Attend regular ministry meetings and assist with special events.
