Job summary

Kimble Company is seeking Tote Delivery Drivers to operate box trucks and deliver and remove containers at commercial and residential sites. Overtime, weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, leaving the site clean, following routes, keeping logs, and providing courteous service. Minimum qualifications include a clean driving record, age 21+, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and box truck experience preferred.

• Ability to drive a box truck (manual transmission a plus).
• Ability to bend, stoop, climb, reach.
• Lift/move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver containers to customer sites and replace containers neatly at designated areas.
• Transport containers to and from container yards and navigate residential/commercial areas safely.
• Follow route assignments and complete end-of-day paperwork with Route Supervisor.
• Complete all routes for the day across multiple locations.
• Maintain and update daily driver logs.
• Wash totes periodically if required.
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Attend as required per attendance policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Tote Delivery Drivers operate box trucks and are responsible for delivering and removing containers to and from commercial and residential sites. Drivers must have the ability to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must have a valid license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to drive a truck with a manual transmission, a plus.

• Box truck experience, a plus.

Responsibilities And Duties:

• Drivers provide containers to the customer’s site and haul away. The driver is expected to replace containers neatly at the designated area. When replacing the container or taking it away the driver is required to leave the customer’s location clean and free of debris.
• Drivers will transport containers to and from the container yards. Drivers safely maneuver vehicles in residential and commercial environments and navigates high traffic and congested roadways, driveways, alleyways, and lots safely.
• Follows route assignments as directed and completed end of day required documentation and the checkout process with the Route Supervisor
• Assist the Company in completing all routes for the day in various locations, even after any initial route assignment is completed by the Employee.
• Maintain and update DAILY driver logs as required.
• May be asked to wash totes periodically.
• Provides good customer service in all interactions with the public.
• Regular attendance consistent with the Company Attendance Policy
• All other duties assigned by management.
