Duties

• Develop creative and age-appropriate lesson plans that promote all-around development.
• Design and facilitate hands-on activities fostering cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and creative growth.
• Monitor each child's development and provide support as needed.
• Maintain open communication with parents about their child's progress.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

• You’re 18 years old (or older) and excited about teaching young children.
• You love being outside and want to inspire kids to explore nature.
• You have a passion for early childhood education.
• You possess patience, creativity, and energy to guide toddlers.
