What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct comprehensive benefits due diligence for M&A activity, identifying risks, cost implications, and integration opportunities
- Maintain global M&A benefits playbook to ensure consistent processes across transactions
- Lead benefit presentations and provide ongoing support during the integration phase
- Conduct compensation gap analysis and develop recommendations for talent retention
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams to manage compensation budgets for M&A deals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles
- Strong math and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with global total rewards administration for complex organizations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of accounting and finance implications of compensation plans and programs
- Client service consultative mindset with experience in developing and designing compensation programs
- Preferred location in Chicago and familiarity with CST or EST time zones
- Willingness to travel to Chicago HQ
