Job summary

Rehlko is offering an Early Talent Program designed to deliver real impact in Total Rewards and HR. You will engage in mentorship, work on meaningful projects, and gain exposure to professional development opportunities within a supportive, inclusive environment.

The program seeks a junior, senior, or graduate student in HR or business administration who is data-savvy, excels in Excel, and can collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance employee programs and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
• Strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with data to generate insights, collaborating with stakeholders on compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives.
