Enrollment Requirement:

Must be a junior, senior, or graduate student enrolled in an accredited college, university, or master’s program for the duration of the term, in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.

Skill Proficiency:

A highly motivated student interested in Total Rewards and Human Resources who combines strong analytical capabilities with excellent communication and project management skills. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, enjoys working with data to generate meaningful insights, and can effectively collaborate with stakeholders while supporting compensation, benefits, and HR initiatives. They are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how Total Rewards programs drive employee engagement and business success.
