Responsibilities

  • Administer the company's equity programs, including stock options and restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Ensure compliance with securities laws and assist with necessary filings and audits
  • Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding equity grants and provide training on equity programs
  • Manage and maintain equity management platforms and perform system reconciliations
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate processing of compensation and benefits
Qualifications

What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an Equity Administration role, preferably in a tech environment
  • Strong knowledge of benefits compliance and compensation principles
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and equity management systems
  • Exceptional Excel and data modeling skills, with experience in reporting tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or a related field
