Works with Total Rewards management team to create a prioritized list of needs for each function.3. Identifies and recommends new ways to streamline business processes based on data.4. Uses data to create models that depict trends in requests.5. Works with departmental managers to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysisproject.6. Performs simple business analysis using various techniques, e.g., statistical analysis, explanatory andpredictive modeling etc.7. Assists in determining and providing insight on best practices and actionable insights for the current businessoperations or issues.8. Handle special analytical projects as needed.9. Researches, analyzes, and recommends improvements to Total Rewards business processes in order toimprove overall organization performance.10. Studies operational and performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.11. Completes standard and ad hoc reporting requests.12. Builds and runs queries for routine reports.13. Works cross functionally with operations and supporting teams to provide a resource for verifying key dataand performance reports.14. Document, stage, process, and review testing scenarios for payroll impacted configuration changes.15.
