Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to join and help build and lead our adult reconstruction service line. You will work within a full-spectrum musculoskeletal practice serving Chicagoland across 16 clinics.

You will manage an established case volume of 400–600 cases per year from day one, with significant opportunity to expand the service line, including access to robotic systems and EPIC EMR. A partnership and equity pathway is offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in orthopedic surgery.
• Fellowship in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee preferred.
• Experience with revision and complex arthroplasty.

Responsibilities

• Join and lead the adult reconstruction service line.
• Manage a high-volume case load from day one (400–600 cases/year).
• Collaborate with APPs and support teams to grow the program.
