Job summary

Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine in Chicago seeks a Total Joint Orthopedic Surgeon to lead our adult reconstruction service line and help grow a high-volume program. The practice already serves a large hip/knee patient base from 16 Chicagoland clinics.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
• Licensed in Illinois or eligible for Illinois licensure
• Demonstrated experience performing primary total hip and knee arthroplasty
• Fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction / Hip & Knee (preferred)
• Experience with revision and complex arthroplasty (preferred)
• Interest in developing a comprehensive total joint service line (preferred)
• Interest in value-based care and outcomes measurement (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the adult reconstruction service line.
• Build referral relationships and improve workflows.
• Develop teams and create a high-performing joint replacement program.
• Focus on outcomes, pain relief, function, and patient satisfaction.
• Engage in value-based care initiatives and cost-per-case improvements.
