Job summary

Fiesta Mart is seeking a Tortilleria Clerk at Store 075 Richardson to provide friendly customer service and help maintain tortilla displays. You will assist with preparing tortillas and masa, rotate displays, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced grocery setting.

The role requires the ability to read and write in Spanish and English, lift up to 60 pounds as needed, and work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive customer experience. Knowledge of Outlook is a plus.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with the public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, and shelf tags.
• Write simple correspondence and present information clearly to customers.
• Demonstrate practical understanding to follow detailed but uncomplicated instructions.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Under direct supervision, the Tortilleria Clerk provides friendly, courteous and helpful service. This position will assist customers, clean, fill and rotate tortilla displays, as well as assist making a variety of different tortillas and masa for the department.

The working environment is typical for a fast-paced grocery store, and essential functions of this job include physical requirements such as lifting, standing, walking and kneeling as well as visual and auditory requirements.
