• Production: prepare masa, fry and cook tortillas.
• Merchandising: stock, rotate, and replenish products; displays at proper temperatures.
• Operations: package, weigh, and label tortillas; transport to storage.
• Sanitation & Safety: clean equipment and work areas; follow clean as you go practices.
