Job summary

Chuy's in Charleston, SC seeks a dedicated Tortilla & Prep Cook to craft tortillas from scratch and support the kitchen with precise ingredient prep. You will operate in a fast-paced, high-energy Tex-Mex environment, contributing to a consistent, high-quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh tortillas from scratch, maintaining dough quality and consistency.
• Assist in prepping ingredients for Tex-Mex dishes, ensuring freshness and portion control.
• Roll, chop, slice, mix and assemble kitchen items to support busy service periods.
