Chuy's in Lexington, Kentucky is seeking a Tortilla & Prep Cook to join a fast-paced kitchen team. You will craft fresh tortillas from scratch and prep ingredients that power our Tex-Mex offerings, while maintaining consistency and efficiency in a high-energy environment.

In this role you’ll roll, chop, slice, mix, and prepare everything needed for service, ensuring the heartbeat of the kitchen remains strong. This position rewards hands-on work and a passion for quality Tex-Mex cuisine.
